2009 Festival: London Wildlife Trust – Woodland Meander

A peaceful time in the beautiful woods, with the London Wildlife Trust. We often lead guided walks but on 26th April 2009, as part of Slow Down London, we offer a spiritual meander through Sydenham Hill Woods where we can all take time to sit/lie/meditate/stretch in the woods whilst soaking up the sights and sounds in a deeper way.

Wildlife observation can require patience so come and learn and relax at the same time!

We also run volunteer workdays every Wednesday in Sydenham Hill Woods; please check our website for more details and public events.
