Graham Crow put together this short video to give some food for thought.

His aim is to highlight how fast our life moves compared to the cycles of nature, and how beautiful London really is if we would only slow down and appreciate it a little more every now and again.

The pace at which life moves can be captured to best effect through time-lapse cinematography: commuters appear to fly through Waterloo station like a swarm of locusts and tourists race past the Houses of Parliament, and along the South Bank, in an attempt to ‘do’ all of London’s attractions.
