Slow Sunday: 10 June 2012

Slow Down London has joined forces with the Open Garden Squares Weekend to create ‘Slow Sunday’: an opportunity to step back from the hubbub of London Life and explore the pleasures of slowing down. At 2pm on Sunday 10 June, Slow London volunteers will be in selected gardens and squares for a session on slowing down and developing mindfulness. (more…)

Slow Club – 2011

Are you in pursuit of a slower pace which lets you appreciate your life in this amazing city? We at Slow Down London are, and we have been trying out something called the Slow Club as a way of sharing our ideas and experimenting with slowing down through a weekly structured class. Earl’s Court Festival: Slow Movement Event 25 July 2010
