From 1-4 May 2009, Southbank Centre Square outside the Royal Festival Hall will be home to the UK’s largest – and London’s only – monthly Slow Food Market. Over 40 stalls selected by Slow Food London will sell sustainable and traditionally prepared foods from a selection of leading artisan food producers, from the UK and beyond. (more…)

2009 Festival: WRITELondon – The London Canal Write

Join poets Jasmine Ann Cooray and Miriam Nash on a creative walk along London’s canals. Stopping on the way to write, reflect and share, we’ll draw inspiration from the scenery, our stories and our senses on this truly slow journey through our city.
