Are you in pursuit of a slower pace which lets you appreciate your life in this amazing city? We at Slow Down London are, and we have been trying out something called the Slow Club as a way of sharing our ideas and experimenting with slowing down through a weekly structured class. Being Mindful: courses in 2011
